Too rich for my blood
Cookies, pizza, pasta, enchiladas, chocolate cake with fudge filling, coldstone ice cream, and pad thai. Just a few of things I'm still trying to work out of my system. I'm not dieting, I'm making a lifestyle change and it is not easy. Keeping my focus on a change and not a diet has been helping me with not thinking every tasty item is my last meal. Recently though, I have been rewarding myself way too often.(the rewards have been good) The reward of feeling better, looking better and living healthier far out weighs my greedy little taste buds. The food is not bad for me. What's bad is how often and how much I have been eating. Exercise is a big part of my lifestyle now and when I'm so full, I don't feel like exercising. So, it's time to get back on hustle and make more muscles because this way of eating has been costing me way too much.

Start fresh with Dirty Laundry
Just get up, put your dirty clothes on and getting moving. When you have dirty laundry there are usually piles of it. It's not a good idea to dwell on all the piles. Start on one piece at a time, not a whole pile so you don't get overwhelmed. Don't worry it will all get done if you stay on top of it and don't give up.Who wants to wake up every day with nothing to look forward to except doing laundry? No one, I've ever met in life. Always have something to else look forward to. This means plan each day with a positive and productive reward for yourself, to keep your spirits up. Set some goals and go after them. Infuse your rewards and goals. Always ask for help when when your piles become to big to handle. What are friends and family for anyway? Trying to lift a heavy load by yourself may get you hurt. Remember there are always professional cleaners and dry cleaners out there to help. Every moment in your life counts so don't waste time unless it's planned time to waste.

Meow
I hear you kitty. What do you want? Attention, food, a cool place to rest your head, a clean place to poop, someone to rub your back, a safe place outside to do what ever it is you kitties do? Are your feelings hurt when no one listens or yells at you to go away? Do you need more Love or is what you get enough? or maybe you just need some kind of voice translator so you don't have to meow your problems, wants, cares and needs. Fuck that! then you'd sound like everyone else. Meow to me kitty.
